He had run out of fuel and his cell phone battery was about to go flat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The closest team to this particular incident was out on another call, so another team was dispatched. Conditions weren\u2019t great \u2013 it was dark and the stormy weather made for poor visibility. Nevertheless, the RESQ1 response team braved the storm to locate the stranded client.
