Minimum requirements
Education:
- Matric
- Level 4 FETC Short-Term Insurance
- Higher Certificate in Insurance
- Post-matric qualification is an advantage (BComm Risk/Accounting, BBA)
- Passed RE Qualification
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years short-term insurance experience, with 3 of the 7 years in a commercial account servicing and sales capacity
- Experience working in a brokerage

- Develop and implement a proactive sales plan according to agreed targets

- Ensure data integrity on all policy systems
- General correspondence and emails to clients according to company standards
- Responsible for proactive and reactive underwriting
- Adhere to underwriting criteria; FAIS requirements and set company standards
- Manage incoming and outgoing emails according to set norms and standards
- Provide regular reports and feedback to the manager
